Overview

Inland Real Estate Corporation purchases all types of retail property located throughout the Midwest United States other than enclosed malls. We have substantial portfolios in the Chicago and Minneapolis areas. Our properties consist of grocery-anchored centers, convenience retail, lifestyle and power centers. We also purchase free-standing properties leased by single, credit tenants, located anywhere in the country.

We acquire both single assets and entire portfolios. Our emphasis is on well-tenanted, well-located properties. Deal structures include outright purchases or joint ventures for both existing and to-be-built properties. We fund new construction with purchase upon project completion. Response time and review periods are swift. Closings are all cash; however, we can assume favorable debt.
